Diebold declares dividend of 26 cents per share

NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Diebold Inc.'s board of directors declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of 26 cents per share.

That dividend is payable on Dec. 11 to shareholders on record as of Nov. 20.

Shares of Diebold added 13 cents to $32.21 in afternoon trading.
