Oct. 13, 2009 (United Press International) -- The Big Ten Conference Tuesday announced its post-season bowl deals for the 2010-13 seasons.
The conference bowl lineup includes extensions with current bowl partners Capital One (NYSE:COF) , Outback and Insight, and new contracts with the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl, the Texas Bowl and the Dallas Football Classic
The Big Ten is also in an eight-year agreement with the Rose Bowl and may be involved with the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl in Detroit.
The conference has four Jan. 1 bowl games.
The Texas Bowl in Houston will feature teams from the Big 12 and Big Ten conferences beginning in December 2010. The agreement between the bowl and the conferences is a four-year deal with this year's game scheduled for Dec. 31.
