Inc. ("Allscripts"), a NASDAQ quoted subsidiary of the Company, having received
approval at their Annual General Meeting, has awarded the following Allscripts
Senior Executives with units of Restricted Stock under the Allscripts
Healthcare Solutions, Inc. 1993 Stock Incentive Plan .
