Oct. 15, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Dr. Harry Keshet, Keshet Consulting, and Dr. Angela Meyer, Exponent, Inc., have launched a groundbreaking national study of successful business development practices among 1500 law firm partners.
In the current economic climate, all attorneys are expected to generate new business. The study will learn what differentiates high, medium and low origination of law firm partners in four major practice areas—litigation, corporate/business, employment, and IP law.
The study results will provide information to help improve business development practices of partners in the four specialties, increase attorney retention of minority and female attorneys by identifying firm-wide and personal factors that help or hinder their business generation.
The authors bring more than 25 years’ experience in legal research, legal marketing, business development, coaching and training. This current research has grown out of the exciting and useful findings of a prior large national study of female lawyer’s business development practices (http://www.keshetconsulting.com/articles/KeshetReport.pdf).
Interested partners in the four practice areas are invited to participate. Participants are guaranteed anonymity and confidentiality, and will receive a copy of the Executive Summary of the results. To take the survey, go to the following link: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB229HMVV2L8R
