chain's premiums manufacturing supplier agency of record ("AOR"). Premium
Surge is a promotions agency specializing in the design and manufacturing of
one-of-a-kind incentive products and has been a premium supplier for Burger
King Corp. for more than seven years. Under the new agreement, Premium Surge
will have full manufacturing responsibility for 100% of toy premiums and
other incentive products for all BURGER KING(R) restaurants, worldwide.
