Center (ROCSM) in Hyderabad, India. The state-of-the-art
center will utilize Genpact's remote infrastructure delivery system,
RIMnexgenSM, to provide uninterrupted, secured application
and infrastructure monitoring and support services to clients worldwide.
Genpact has been able to reduce its clients' infrastructure management
