Patrick Coyne, Editor of Communications Arts Magazine, to Headline IAA's "Best of San Francisco Show"

IAA West Event Takes Place November 4th atAdobe in San Francisco

Oct. 21, 2009 (Business Wire) -- The International Advertising Association (IAA) – West Coast Chapter today announced that Patrick Coyne, the celebrated editor of Communication Arts magazine and its online complement, www.commarts.com will headline its “Best of San Francisco Show,” featuring San Francisco Bay Area creative and the talents of the creative community. The Best of San Francisco Show will take place on November 4, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Adobe Systems Incorporated, located at the corner of Townsend and 7th Street. In making the announcement, Laurie Hironaka, president of IAA West, said, “Together with our host Adobe Systems, we are very excited to welcome our special guest to this year’s IAA-West Best of San Francisco Show, Patrick Coyne, the editor of Communication Arts magazine, which this year is celebrating its 50th anniversary." Communication Arts magazine is the largest creative magazine in the world and showcases the top work in graphic design, advertising, illustration, photography and interactive design. At 7:00 pm on November 4th, Mr. Coyne will share a brief presentation of some of the best work of the last 50 years produced by the San Francisco advertising community, and talk about how the Bay Area remains a powerhouse for nurturing new ideas.
