(NASDAQ:NETL), a leader in the design and development of knowledge-based processors and high-speed integrated circuits, announced that at a special meeting of stockholders held today it obtained the approval of stockholders required by Nasdaq Listing Rules for the issuance of shares of the company’s common stock in connection with the company’s proposed acquisition of RMI Corporation. The company now expects to complete this acquisition on Oct. 30, 2009.
Also, as previously announced on October 13, 2009, the company has scheduled its third quarter 2009 financial results conference call for Nov. 3, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific time. The company will release its financial results at approximately 1:05 p.m. Pacific time.
