VIENNA, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Novell today announced its configuration management interface software, myCMDB(TM) 4.6, and database product, CMDB360(TM) 4.6, have been certified by SAP AG to integrate the SAP® IT Service Management (SAP ITSM) application. myCMDB and CMDB360 deliver organizations complete, near real-time insight into the relationships and interdependencies between business services, workloads and the IT environment. As a result, data centers can more easily implement accurate infrastructure changes to address dynamic business needs.
