UMB Financial Board Announces 5.7 Percent Increase of Quarterly Cash Dividend

Oct. 27, 2009 (Business Wire) -- UMB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: UMBF), a financial services holding company, announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to 18.5 cents per share, payable on January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2009. This represents a 5.7 percent increase, and the ninth dividend increase since July 2003 with a total quarterly dividend increase of 85 percent.
