Oct. 27, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Global brand strategy and design consultancy Lippincott has announced that Hilary Folger and Allen Gove have been named partners in the brand strategy group, effective immediately.
Folger to Partner in New York
Partner Hilary Folger specializes in repositioning and revitalizing well-known brands. She has worked with consumer and financial services brands as well as companies in the business-to-business arena.
Folger helps to bring brands to life within organizations. Through messaging, training and the development of brand programs she helps ensure the internal understanding and enthusiasm necessary for brand-aligned behavior and an exceptional customer experience. She has also worked to develop sensory identity programs for Hyatt and Samsung.
Folger’s educational background in behavioral economic and social psychology aid in the creation of compelling brand strategy and help effect change within organizations. Her recent clients include The Corporate Executive Board, McDonald’s, Vale and Walmart.
Folger holds a B.A. and an M.A. in psychology from Stanford University.
Gove to Partner in Boston
Partner Allen Gove specializes in brand strategy development including positioning, naming and brand architecture. His clients have included Coca-Cola/Beverage Partners Worldwide, Harland Clarke, Pizza Hut, USG and Walmart.
Gove was formerly a director of strategic marketing for Fidelity Investments where he managed strategic projects including customer and competitive analysis, market positioning and customer segmentation. Earlier, he was an associate at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) where he specialized in brand and marketing strategy, working for such clients as Bristol-Myers Squibb, IBM and Pfizer.
Gove holds a B.S. in building sciences and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his M.B.A. at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
