Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that the
board of directors of its general partner has elected three new officers
to the Enterprise management team and promoted two existing members
following the recent merger with TEPPCO Partners, L.P.
-- J. Michael Cockrell, Senior Vice President, will be responsible for managing the partnership's crude oil business, and brings 10 years of experience performing similar duties while serving as Senior Vice President for the general partner of TEPPCO.
-- Bryan F. Bulawa has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance, and will continue in his role as Treasurer. Since joining Enterprise in July of 2007, he has been instrumental in arranging $7.5 billion in financing for Enterprise and its affiliates.
-- Stephanie C. Hildebrandt, has been promoted to General Counsel and will continue in her current role as Vice President and Assistant Secretary. She joined Enterprise following the merger with GulfTerra in 2004.
-- Patricia A. Totten, Vice President, will have responsibility for regulatory matters related to the partnership. She has served the Enterprise family of companies in various legal capacities since 2002, most recently as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the general partner of TEPPCO.
-- Bart Moore, Vice President, will oversee the assets and marketing functions related to Enterprise's natural gas liquids storage and terminal facilities and has been with the partnership since 2004.

Additionally, Jerry E. Thompson, president and chief executive officer
of the general partner of TEPPCO, and John N. Goodpasture, TEPPCO's vice
president, Corporate Development, resigned after the closing of the
merger.
