TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ -- Alange Energy Corp. (TSXV: ALE) ("Alange Energy" or the "Company") announced today the filing on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) of its audited annual financial statements and MD&A for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009. These financial statements represent the historical financial position and results of operations of Cierra Pacific Ventures Ltd. before the Company changed its name to Alange Energy and completed the reverse takeover transaction ("RTO") on July 13, 2009 with Alange, Corp. As previously announced, the Company has since changed its fiscal year end to December 31st. The first interim consolidated financial statements and MD&A for the Company following the RTO will be for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, which are expected to be filed on SEDAR on Monday, November 30, 2009.

Alange Energy is a Canadian-based oil and gas exploration and production company, with working interests in thirteen properties in Colombia.
