The House gave final approval to a bill that lets state workers collect more federal unemployment benefits and sent it to the Senate.

Meanwhile, the Senate is giving final approval to a bill that extends tax incentives and allows for low interest loans for an unidentified economic development prospect. It is sending that to the House.

The prospect is widely expected to be airplane maker Boeing Co. because it includes tax breaks on aviation fuel for test flights. The company is deciding between Everett, Wash., and North Charleston, S.C., for a mammoth plant to assemble 787 airliners.
