NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP) increased ease-of-use and accountability by consolidating on Saba Learning as their single LMS, from three legacy systems, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Support costs decreased by 65%, and operational efficiency and learning accessibility improved immensely, resulting in dramatically increased enrollments. This year, NetApp University received the company's top award (Total Customer Experience Award) for being instrumental to the company's success.
Brinker International - Knowledge, Community & Collaboration Award
Brinker International, the parent company of Chili's Grill & Bar, Maggiano's Little Italy, and On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, streamlined the tracking of required certifications and enhanced their learning programs through the deployment of Saba, making e-learning a practical and reliable tool for the company for the first time. In all, 1,600 managers were trained on new government-mandated documentation processes. The company leveraged Saba Collaboration to connect people over distances and support informal learning and knowledge-sharing.
University of Tennessee, Knoxville - Academic Award
An OnDemand, Saba Learning customer, the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, uses Saba to deliver courses that support ten graduate distance education degree programs and three graduate certificate programs. Additionally many faculty who teach face-to-face classes use Saba Centra as a supplemental collaboration tool to offer virtual office hours, to pre-record lectures, or to archive live class sessions that can be made available for student review.
