Governor Edward G. Rendell will join local officials at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 31, to open the new $8.4 million DeKalb Street (Route 202 North) Bridge in Bridgeport Borough, Montgomery County. The bridge spans Norfolk Southern railroad tracks.
