Garza has more than 30 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical engineering (I&E) and SCADA systems for both the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. He has been with ConocoPhillips for more than 30 years, the first 20 working I&E support and supervision, the last 10 as an administrator and supervisor of the company's SCADA and field data capture applications for the lower 48 states.
