(OTC Bulletin Board: PEYG)("Nationwide" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred L. Kesinger as President of Nationwide, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Kesinger is a senior-level executive with a broad range of experience in information technology, energy/utility, business process improvement, business development and Mergers & Acquisition activities for Fortune 500 companies. He possesses demonstrated strengths in P & L management, efficiency improvement and profit optimization, with a proven track record in creative and effective management of diverse domestic and global companies. Mr. Kesinger's expertise includes his proven track record as a strong leader and motivator in teaching, coaching and empowering employees. As a result-oriented leader and expert specializing in business process improvement in the energy sector, Mr. Kesinger will be a key contributor and leader in the development and deployment of Nationwide's business mandate.
Prior to Nationwide, Mr. Kesinger worked for Duke Energy (NYSE:DUK PRA) (NYSE:DUK) Field Services as the company's Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Information Technology where he managed the transition of Union Pacific Fuels and GPM to Duke Energy. He was also a key figure in the management of numerous major corporate initiatives at Duke that saw year over year revenue increases in the billions of dollars and business growth of over 400%. Mr. Kesinger's in-depth and synergistic professional capacities towards Nationwide's mandate will also include his expertise in the implementation of software driven solutions and technical infrastructure development to help facilitate increases in operating efficiencies, processing and marketing deployments and the implementation of platforms for the build-out of the various business units within the Nationwide operating structures, which will directly benefit the Company in its current deregulated electricity and Telco operations, and additionally in its planned emergence into the natural gas and other utilities sectors. Other notable positions held by Mr. Kesinger include CEO of Everest Consulting Partners, Chief Operating Officer of Productive Data Systems, Inc., Chief Strategic Officer of Respond Energy Solutions, Director, Information Technology of Union Pacific Fuels, and Vice President and Business Support Services of UtiliCorp Energy Solutions.
