Ms. Villa will direct Liberty Power's human resource policies, processes and infrastructure, and be responsible for implementing and ensuring best practices in employee management and talent development throughout the organization. Villa was Senior Vice President, Human Resources with women's specialty retailer, Ann Taylor. She also worked globally with the Sara Lee Corporation for 18 years, serving in various roles in human resources and organizational development. Ms. Villa was identified through a national, retained executive search with Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson. Villa is an MBA graduate of the University of North Florida's Coggin College of Business, and currently resides in Broward County, Florida.
