TORONTO, Nov. 4 /CNW/ -- Today marks the official open call for applications and nominations to Youth in Motion's Top 20 Under 20(TM) Awards 2010. The award celebrates and honours young Canadians who have demonstrated a significant level of innovation, leadership and achievement but not have reached the age of 20."

The deadline for applications is 4:30pm, January 22, 2010. The 2010 award winners will be announced at an inspirational breakfast ceremony open to the public on June 3, 2010 in Toronto. The 20 young leaders will be flown into Toronto all expenses paid and receive a cash prize of $5,000 dollars to be used towards an educational experience of their choosing.

Founded by Youth in Motion, Top 20 Under 20(TM) is a national youth award and mentoring program that offers a unique blend of recognition and encouragement to Canadian youth.
