The results of a recent survey affirms high satisfaction ratings by
Rep/Advisors regarding Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. (Cambridge).
In comparing Cambridge to other Broker/Dealers in terms of overall
satisfaction, Rep/Advisors rated the independent firm a 9 on a 10 point
scale.
High Satisfaction Ratings
"This is the 11th
consecutive year we have earned at least a 9 out of 10 rating for
overall satisfaction," said Amy Webber, President and Chief Operating
Officer. "As our Rep/Advisor family continues to grow, we are especially
pleased that we scored a 9 out of 10 rating with all Rep/Advisors -- including Rep/Advisors that have been with Cambridge for two years or
less."
Delivering on the Promise of Independence
"We are one of the
few truly independent Broker/Dealers in the industry and we have a deep
commitment to supporting independent Rep/Advisors," said Webber. "Over
90 percent of the survey respondents confirmed that we give them the
choices and opportunities to conduct their business in the manner they
find most beneficial to their clients -- this is a strong validation for
us that we do deliver on our promise."
In addition to overall Broker/Dealer satisfaction, the recent survey
assessed ratings in over 15 categories, including technology, practice
management and marketing, where Cambridge scored an average rating of 9
out of 10. Communications with the Home Office scored a perfect 10
rating with all Rep/Advisors, including those with less than two years
with the firm. Over 350 registered representatives responded to the
September 2009 survey.
A Service Model with BEST Standards
"We continually enhance
the Cambridge service model and carefully monitor service standards
across the firm," said Mike Hamm, Vice President of Partner Support. "We
just celebrated the inaugural years of two significant initiatives -- BEST Service Standards and the Partner Support Center -- to ensure we
continually deliver premium service to Rep/Advisors."

The BEST Service Standards initiative is a quantifiable quality control
system that Cambridge created to track and enhance service performance.
The comprehensive program is based on in-house standards implemented
across all departments to ensure delivery of the best service. Partner
Support Center is a one-stop, high-level team created to deliver "white
glove service" to Rep/Advisors. This team is comprised of Cambridge's
most highly experienced staff and is available during extended business
hours Monday through Friday.
