(Nasdaq: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today released the results of a study of Brazilian Internet usage, based on data from the comScore World Metrix service, which showed that 31.9 million Brazilians age 15 and over accessed the Internet from a home or work location in September 2009, up 22 percent versus the previous year.

Google Sites Leads Microsoft Sites in Brazil

Google Sites was the most popular property in Brazil in September with 26.6 million visitors, having grown 12 percent during the past year. Microsoft Sites ranked second with 25.2 million visitors, followed by Brazilian property UOL (20.6 million visitors), Yahoo! Sites (17.4 million visitors) and Terra - Telefonica (16.8 million visitors).
