His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, today officially
opened the International Desalination Association (IDA) World
Congress 2009 on Desalination and Water Reuse at Madinat Jumeirah.
