Tata Consultancy Services swill provide business and technology services to The Dow Chemical (NYSE:DOW) Company, its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Financial details of the arrangement were not disclosed. As part of this alliance, the two companies would build a new services centre near the Dow's global headquarters in Michigan. They expect to begin construction on the new facility next year, with the first phase of the build-out designed to accommodate 1,250 employees.
