May 6, 2010 (Business Wire) -- As Gulf Coast communities brace for an economic and environmental battle against the giant oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, state and federal agencies, along with private enterprise, are evaluating myriad solutions to protect and preserve hundreds of miles of coastline and fragile inland waterways.
