(TSXV:FDN) ("FDN" or the "Company")(FDN: TSX-V) advises that 900,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The options are exercisable at $0.32 per share for a period of five years, subject to regulatory approval. The options are subject to a four month hold period.
