Global Industries, Ltd. Schedules Press Release and Conference Call on Operating Results for Fourth Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2010

HOUSTON, Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Industries, Ltd. (Nasdaq: GLBL) today announced it will issue a press release reporting the Company's earnings for the fourth quarter and year ended 2010 after the stock market closes on Wednesday, February 23, 2011.  The press release will be followed by a conference call with analysts and investors at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on the following day, Thursday, February 24.
