PITTSBURGH, Aug. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Notice is hereby given by the Law Office of Alfred G. Yates Jr., PC that it has filed a class action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of Zynga Inc. ("Zynga") (NASDAQ: ZNGA) common stock during the period between December 16, 2011 and July 25, 2012, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The complaint charges Zynga and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.  The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, defendants issued false and misleading statements regarding Zynga's business and prospects.  As a result of defendants' false statements, Zynga stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the Class Period, reaching a high of $14.69 per share on March 2, 2012.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all purchasers of Zynga common stock during the Class Period (the "Class").
