Excludes (i) 14,139,128 shares owned indirectly through the Ming Hsieh Revocable Family TR DTD 11/01/2006, (ii) 5,250,000 shares owned indirectly through the Ming Hsieh Revocable Family TR DTD 11/02/2006, (iii) 1,860,436 shares owned indirectly through the Tiffany Hsieh Irrevocable Trust, and (iv) 1,860,436 shares owned indirectly through the Pauline Hsieh Irrevocable Trust.
