1. The shares are held in a trust for the benefit of Mr. Anderson's wife. Mr. Anderson's wife is the Trustee of the trust.
2. The amount of securities owned as of 9/4/09 is comprised of 389.6521 units of the company's 401(K) plan stock fund. As of 9/4/09 each unit consisted of 0.56 shares of common stock and $0.13 in cash.
3. Exercisable in 3 installments on 9/30/00, 9/30/01 and 9/30/02.
4. Exercisable in 3 installments on 9/30/01, 9/30/02 and 9/30/03.
