CHARLESTON, W.Va., April 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- City National Bank, headquartered in Charleston, announced today that Downtown Charleston Branch Manager James (BJ) McClure is one of the bank's City Cares community service award winners for 2011.
McClure was nominated by his peers for his involvement in several organizations, most notably the Davis Child Shelter Advisory Board and the United Way Citizens Review Committee. As a City Cares winner, he requested that City National's $1,500 donation in his name be made to Be The Match Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating an opportunity for all patients to receive the bone marrow or umbilical cord blood transplant they need, when they need it and the Children's Home Society, a private, nonprofit child welfare organization.
