Arrow's new Order Management tool enables users to view and download important information about online and offline orders for up to 12 months. Within the Order Management tool, MyArrow customers can quickly locate information and save time with the ability to:
- Search sales history by P.O., customer part number or manufacturer part number
- Filter views of order history, including all open orders (backlog)
- Download order details to Excel or other text formats
- View shipping information, including carrier-tracking details
- Re-order directly from a previous order
- View and print invoices
- Communicate directly with the Arrow sales team
