Peel, Jr., to the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer. Peel will be responsible for the company's marketing and client development.

Peel was most recently Executive Vice President in charge of business development for Cogdell Spencer, Inc. (NYSE: CSA), a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
