The Coulonges wind farm is located in the municipalities of Coulonges-Thouarsais, La Chapelle-Gaudin, Noirterre, in the Deux Sevres department (Poitou-Charentes). With the Coulonges wind farm, Enel Green Power France's total installed capacity in reaches 138 MW, with an annual production of about 300 million kWh. Other wind power plants for additional 28 MW are currently at an advanced construction phase. Enel Green Power can also count on additional development opportunities from a project pipeline in hydro, solar and wind of about 1,000 MW, the company added.
