For the second year running, Banana Republic will be holding the "Win Your Salary" sweepstakes where one grand prize winner will be awarded a one-time payment match of their annual salary (up to $100,000), with a minimum award of $50,000.
Beginning Friday, September 2 and ending Monday, September 5, shoppers can walk into any one of Banana Republic's U.S. or Canada stores* to receive a game piece that will award them 30 percent, 50 percent, $30 or $50 off their purchases during Labor Day Weekend. One game piece will award one lucky shopper the grand prize of one year's salary. No prior purchase necessary to receive a game piece.

Banana Republic's Facebook fan poll asked, "What would you do if you won your salary and had a year off?" Respondents indicated that they would: "take a dream vacation" (54% of respondents), "save for a rainy day," (13% of respondents) or "SHOP!" (11% of respondents).
Sara Egert, last year's "Win Your Salary" winner, used the opportunity to continue her Feng Shui training, enrolling at a special school in California. She also took time to travel with friends and support her favorite nonprofit organizations.
