The Company filed an 8-K August 31st appointing Mr. Richard Ransom as the new President of ICTV. Mr. Ransom has been the Chief Financial Officer of ICTV since December 2008, and he will continue to hold that title. Mr. Ransom has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Delaware Valley College.

The policies that Mr. Ransom has implemented over the last eighteen months have helped return the Company to a profitable position as recorded by the 2011 10-Q as filed August 15, 2011.
