Summer Infant(R) and the March of Dimes(R) Announce National Partnership

("Summer Infant" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: SUMR), a leading developer and distributor of juvenile health, safety, and wellness products is proud to announce that they have become a National Partner of the March of Dimes. By committing financial and other resources over the next two years in support of the March of Dimes noble cause, Summer Infant hopes to elevate their mission of providing safe sleep alternatives and guidelines for parents and their babies.

Summer Infant and the March of Dimes share a common goal of keeping all babies happy, healthy, and above all, safe. Both companies support safe sleep practices as an important step in protecting the health and wellness of infants. Summer Infant has partnered with the March of Dimes Rhode Island Chapter since 2006 and is now expanding their support and financial commitment to that of a national cause partner; all of which has been done in an effort to raise awareness and provide education for safe sleep practices.
