The agreement has an initial term of 5 years, and provides the basis for a strategic relationship between Commercialbank and TCS under which TCS can also provide services to other companies affiliated to Commercialbank.
The outsourcing of these support services is designed to improve the delivery of Commercialbank's banking proposition to its customers, and to benefit from the world-class processes developed by TCS with its other international banking clients, the company reported.
