US Airways (NYSE: LCC) today announced the addition of SkyWest Airlines
to the airline's portfolio of partners operating as US Airways Express.
Beginning Dec. 16, SkyWest Airlines will begin operation of six daily
Express flights from US Airways' hub in Phoenix. By spring 2012, SkyWest

departures are operated by US Airways Express with service provided by a
combination of SkyWest and Mesa.
Dion Flannery, president US Airways Express, said, "We welcome the
addition of SkyWest as a regional carrier for US Airways. Their
exceptional service complements US Airways', and our regional partners',
commitment to reliability and the quality of service our customers have
come to expect."
"We're pleased to launch this highly-anticipated new partnership with US
Airways," said Russell "Chip" Childs, SkyWest Airlines' president and
chief operating officer. "Our employees have done a tremendous job
producing an efficient, quality product, and we're happy to begin
extending that product to US Airways customers this December."
