Darwin honored as "Top 10 Next-Gen Channel Leader"

Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIV), the global leader in Application
Delivery Networking, today announced that Dean Darwin, VP of Worldwide
Channel Sales, was named one of the Top
100 Executives in the Channel and one of the Top
10 Next-Gen Channel Leaders of 2011 by CRN. These lists salute
individual channel executives for continuing to change the way the
channel does business to increase partner sales and shape their own
organization's future.
CRN's listing of top channel executives for 2011 was based on
nominations from solution providers, who rated channel vendor executives
based on influence, effectiveness and viability, as well as business
sales impact. The CRN editorial team judged nominees based on sales
volume, channel investment and advocacy, and performance in 2011 CRN
research projects such as Channel Champs and the Annual Report Card.
This is Darwin's second appearance on CRN's
Top 100 Executives in the Channel list. As VP of Worldwide Channel
Sales, Darwin drives F5's global strategy to engage the company's
worldwide network of sales partners. Darwin first joined F5 Networks in
2005 as the leader of the North America channel program. In his tenure
at F5, he has been instrumental in the creation and successful
implementation of a number of strategic channel initiatives, including
the global launch of F5's UNITY
Partner Program.
