today announced that it has been selected by Hanover Direct to handle
fulfillment, freight and warehouse management for The Company Store® and
Company Kids brands under a multiyear contract. GSI will support Hanover
from a leased fulfillment facility in Martinsville, Va. that is closely
located to GSI's existing fulfillment operation in Martinsville.

many jobs dedicated to Hanover Direct fulfillment services will remain
