TORONTO, March 30, 2012 /CNW/ - TD Bank Group (TD) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Colleen Goggins to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Goggins is former Worldwide Chairman of the Consumer Group at
Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior appointments and was
also a member of its Executive Committee from 2001 to 2011.
From 2006 to 2009, Ms. Goggins was named one of Fortune magazine's 50 Most Powerful Women in Business.

contributor to our Board."
Ms. Goggins is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and
Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and currently
resides in New Jersey.
The appointment of Ms. Goggins brings the total number of directors to
15.
