Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (Nasdaq: CY) today announced that members of
its senior management and executive staff will discuss Cypress’s
business and strategic outlook at multiple investor events in May.
The first will be held on May 8, when Cypress’s Senior Vice President
and Treasurer, Neil Weiss, will make a presentation at the Jefferies
Global Technology Internet, Media & Telecom Conference, to be held at
the Westin Hotel in New York. The presentation will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Eastern Time.
Also on May 8, Cypress’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief
Financial Officer, Brad Buss, will speak at the Bank of America Merrill
Lynch 2012 Global Technology Conference at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San
Francisco. That presentation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
On May 11, Cypress will host its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting at 10:00
a.m. Pacific Time at the company’s headquarters, 198 Champion Court in
San Jose, Calif.
Next, Buss will address the 40th Annual J.P. Morgan Global Technology,
Media and Telecom Conference at the Westin Hotel Waterfront in Boston on
May 15 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
On May 16, Buss will address the 11th Annual JMP Securities Research
Conference at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the Ritz Carlton in San
Francisco.
Buss will speak at the Barclays Capital Global Technology, Media and
Telecommunications Conference on May 23 at the Sheraton New York Hotel
and Towers. That presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
On May 24, Buss will also address the Sterne Agee 2012 Annual Technology
Conference, to be held at the Sentry Centers in New York at 11:25
Eastern Time.
Finally, Buss will speak at the Cowen and Company 40th Annual Technology
Media & Telecom Conference at the Palace Hotel in New York on May 30 at
11 a.m. Eastern Time.
