Solutions, Inc., (NASDAQ: CHSI) recently announced that HospiScript has
been selected as the exclusive provider of pharmacy benefit management
(PBM) services to all of Harden’s home and facility-based hospice
patients. With services including home health, hospice care, assisted
living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, Harden’s family of companies
serves almost 40,000 patients a day in 14 states.

Under the terms of the agreement, which is effective March 12, 2012,
HospiScript will provide local access to prescription medications,

nearly 2,400 hospice patients that Harden currently serves.
