The board members re-elected were Steven W. Alesio, William H. Bolinder, Nancy J. Karch, Christine B. Mead, Thomas E. Moloney, James A. Parke, and James S. Riepe.
At the annual meeting, stockholders also approved the advisory vote on named executive officer compensation, approved the 2012 Genworth Financial, Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan, and ratified the selection of KPMG LLP as Genworth's independent registered public accounting firm for 2012.
