FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 05/23/12 -- IGSM GROUP INC. (PINKSHEETS: IGSM) announced today they are officially on the path to become Compliant on OTCMarkets.com with Current Information "PS" status.

OTC Markets reports that OTC Pink Current Information companies have an average dollar volume of $45 million compared to $14.8 million for an OTC Pink Limited Information company (Average Dollar Volume per Security for the Period ending 31 December 2010 - source OTCMARKETS.com).

The company has submitted its application and legal requirements to the designated officials for approvals and anticipates approval shortly. The public will be notified of the changes as they become available from OTC Markets and other specified officials.
