Company was improperly recording income on loans covered under loss

a result, the Company's income was overstated; (3) as such, the
Company's financial results were not prepared in accordance with
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; (4) the Company lacked
adequate internal and financial controls; and (5), as a result of the
above, the Company's financial statements were materially false and
misleading at all relevant times.
No action is required at this time to be a member of the above-described
Class; you may retain counsel of your choice or take no action and
remain an absent Class member. However, if you purchased Enterprise
securities between April 20, 2010 and January 25, 2012, you have until
June 11, 2012 to file a motion with the court to be appointed as Lead
