Samson Oil & Gas to Present at London Enercom Conference

Samson Oil & Gas Limited (ASX: SSN)(NYSE AMEX: SSN) advises that its CFO, Robyn Lamont, will be presenting to delegates attending the 2012 EnerCom Conference being held in London June 13-14.

Ms. Lamont’s presentation will also be posted on Samson’s website, www.samsonoilandgas.com.

The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, June 14th at 4:25 am EST (USA), which is equivalent to June 14th, 4:25 pm WST (AUS), June 14th, 9:25 am London and is being webcast at the link:

Samson’s Ordinary Shares are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol "SSN". Samson's American Depository Shares (ADSs) are traded on the New York Stock Exchange AMEX under the symbol "SSN". Each ADS represents 20 fully paid Ordinary Shares of Samson. Samson has a total of 1,996 million ordinary shares issued and outstanding (including 253 million options exercisable at AUD 1.5 cents), which would be the equivalent of 99.8 million ADSs. Accordingly, based on the NYSE AMEX closing price of US$1.67 per ADS on June 12th, 2012 the company has a current market capitalization of approximately US$162 million. Correspondingly, based on the ASX closing price of A$0.081 on June 12th, 2012, the company has a current market capitalization of A$159 million. The options have been valued at their closing price of A$0.066 on June 12th, 2012 and translated to US$ at the current exchange of .9898 for the purposes of inclusion in the US$ market capitalization calculation.
