ANCASTER, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/16/12 -- Robert Manherz, a director of CO2 Solutions Inc. (the "Corporation"), announced today that he has acquired, on the TSX Venture Exchange, ownership and control over 4,407,700 common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.04 per Common Share for a total consideration of $176,308 (the "Acquisition").
Before the Acquisition, Mr. Manherz held 4,564,857 Common Shares representing approximately 5.76% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares. The 4,407,700 Common Shares acquired today represent approximately 5.57% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares. As a result of the Acquisition, Mr. Manherz now holds 8,972,557 Common Shares, representing approximately 11.33% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares.
Mr. Manherz acquired the Common Shares for investment purposes and he could increase or decrease his investment in the Corporation, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
