Bready will be honored at the CFO Awards Dinner today in New York in conjunction with Institutional Investor's Corporate Financial Executive Summit.

"This award truly belongs to the entire ITC finance team, as it is very much reflective of their cumulative efforts to deliver the strong financial management that helps make ITC a premier energy company," said Bready.  "We are honored that our peers have chosen to recognize us for our accomplishments."

Institutional Investor award recipients are selected by a group of buy-side analysts, portfolio managers and sell-side analysts at security firms and financial institutions across the U.S.  Through a survey, this group nominates executives for CEO, CFO, and IR professional, and companies, in each of the 48 industry sectors.

Bready also was recognized earlier this month by Crain's Detroit Business as 2012 CFO of the year in the $100 million to $1 billion revenue category.
